Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of HE Pursuit require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
- You may cancel at any time
- Access to paid features continues through the end of the billing period

Product Limitations
HE Pursuit is designed to support decision-making, not replace professional judgment.
- Outputs, scores, and recommendations are informational
- We do not guarantee outcomes or contract awards
- You are responsible for your final bid/no-bid decisions
Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data and use it only to provide and improve the service.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other factors.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
